1. Project Manager
  • 5-7 years experience in project management,
  • Assisting in resolution of any project conflicts so that the project team members all feel part of the process and want to remain involved in the project,
  • Maintaining relationships with stakeholders involved in the project,
  • Assists the team members in understanding their roles and responsibilities on the project and work collaboratively,
  • Capable of working with all levels within the organization,
  • Experience in universities business,
  • PMP certificate is a plus.
2. Oracle Forms Developer
  • 2-3 years in in oracle programming (Forms Developer & report builder 6i, 10g, Sql, Pl/Sql),
  • Ability to do debugging,
  • Testing and fine-tuning,
  • Data analysis & system analysis,
  • Oracle application server 10g knowledge,
  • Basic DBA skills,
3. DBA
  • 2-3 years experience in DBA skills,
  • Proven Oracle Database Administration experience,
  • Experience of managing multiple RDBMS on large systems,
  • Experience of working in a team that delivers a high availability service,
  • Practical experience in monitoring and tuning a database to provide a high availability service,
  • Oracle Certification, preferably OCP,


4. ERP Implementer
  • 1 year experience in the ERP domain is a must,
  • Familiarized with Business rules and terminology,
  • Ability to conduct training sessions for end users,
  • Good reporting, and analytical skills,


5. Student Information System (SIS) Implementer
  • 1 year experience in admission and registration business is a must,
  • Familiarized with Business rules and terminology,
  • Ability to conduct training sessions for end users,
  • Good reporting, and analytical skills,
6. Web Master
  • At least 2-3 years experience in web mastering,
  • Good web designing skills, including graphics, animation and functionality,
  • Ability to monitor web server and site technical performance
  • Implementing search engine optimization strategies,
  • Promoting websites online to increase prominence within web community where possible.
7. Java Developer
  • At least one year experience java developer,
  • Must have knowledge with J2SE, Servlet, JSP, HTML, Java Script, and CSS,
  • Knowledge in JSF, ADF is a plus.
  • SCJP is a plus,
8. ADF Developer
  • 2-3 years experience in J2ee/ ADF developer,
  • Must have knowledge with J2SE, Servlet, JSP, HTML, Java Script, and CSS,
  • Knowledge in weblogic application server implementation and J2ee at applications deployment.
  • Knowledge both ADF Business component and framework components,
9. Software Tester
  • 1 year experience in testing web application or desktop applications.
  • Business analysis skills,
  • Documentation skills for the requirements, test procedures and bug reports.
  • Good negotiation skills with customer-oriented attitude.
  • Familiarity with the tools, concepts and methodologies of quality assurance.
10. Sales
  • IT or Sales and Marketing background.
  • One year of experience is required.
