In the opening months of the
new millennium Adaptive TechSoft
emerged from the merger between Arab Turnkey Systems, a
10-year-old company in Amman with sound background and
distinguished achievements, and Al-Jazera Information
Technology in Riyadh, a 5-year-old company specialized in
providing total solutions for the Saudi and Arab Gulf
region. With a renewed appreciation for the many
relationships that make our achievements possible, our
target is to position ourselves among the main solution
providers in the region. Our products are classified as
state-of-the-art, fully functional, high quality, highly
reliable, and cost effective solutions.
The
results from previous years of operation in these two mature
companies, in addition to the results generated from the
newly founded
, confirm that we are increasing sales
momentum and are on track with our strategic plans. We are
well positioned for the future. Our strategy of developing
customized products for educational and healthcare
environments as specific market niches has proven
successful. We have made great strides in reducing excess
expenses and continue to examine our existing businesses
closely to ensure that every venture we undertake is
profitable.
The year 2001 considers the
first year in which
was appeared as a newly merged company. a restructuring that has given us greater
flexibility to operate in today’s market place and to take
advantage of new opportunities for growth in the products
and services offered by the company. We also established new
relationships with companies that sustain added value to our
products. The management of the company has decided to
concentrate on two sectors: education and healthcare. The
technical teams will continue their focus on the products in
these lines, and further enhancements and new versions will
be released in order to satisfy the new requirements of our
clients. The new theme for the upcoming versions of our
products will be web enablement and Internet utilization and
accessibility.
Behind
